Reflections on Proto-Portfolios

• Even if I have written fairly many words in the posts, I haven't finished several book reviews.

My best essay is My Language Learning Story and Plans. The reasons why I choose this is that the topic is easy to write and I can look back on my study experience.

• I didn't divide many paragraphs.
• I didn't attach any graphics and media.

1.2. Book Review Showcase

Best Book Review

My best book review is The Mad Teacher. The story was a little short but interesting and imaginable. Also, I could criticize on the topic.

• I sometimes wrote summaries too much if I didn't have enough contents to write.
• I always choose too easy books.

My best essay is Convenient Ways to Learn with English because I could think about the versatile utility of computers and I got most comments in this year.

2.2. Book Review Showcase

Best Book Review

My best book review is Persuasion because I could analyze the historical backdrop and the British mind. I had to write an report on this book in Japanese in the other class, so I considered them. Also, there are most pages.

• I read more difficult books than the ones in 1st semester.
• I sometimes used links related to the topics.

2.3. Additional Highlights and Reflections

In 2nd semester, we have to wtrite more than 10000 words, so  I wrote some extra essays such as the essay on my experience in Minnesota and the one for the English speech contest in KGU. These essays made my English skill better and I learned more vocabulary.
